I am a true size 10 in women's shoes. I have a fairly normal width foot, slightly on the narrow side with high arches, e.g., Nike fits me very well. I got a size 10 in the Cushion Harmony and absolutely loved how the flip flop felt on my heels and arches; however when I walked, my foot rolled over the edge of the sandal. I can honestly say I have never had to return any shoe or sandal in my life for being too narrow. Nevertheless, I exchanged my size 10 for a size 9 for my 19 year old daughter who has an extremely narrow foot....so narrow she has a hard time finding flip flops & sandals that fit her properly. So, to say the least, she was thrilled when MY flip flops didn't fit. I'm going to order myself a different style because the quality is amazing.
